The Flyin’ Hot Saucers are a Psychedelic Rock Duo based out of Denver, CO.  They have a genre transcending sound that blends elements of psychedelic, progressive, experimental, and indie rock into a mutant offspring uniquely their own.

After forming in 2014, they performed extensively throughout Colorado and the Southwestern U.S. They recorded and released their first material, the psych-punk single ‘Supernova’ and the 5 track EP ‘Songs for the Blackbirds’ in 2016 and 2017. During this time they broadened their reach with tours of the Pacific Northwest and Texas.

Their next single ‘Stargazer’, released in 2019, received positive press (303 Magazine) and airplay (The Colorado Playlist) in their home state of Colorado.

Their first LP ‘They Themselves and Us’ was released in 2022. Recorded over a span of 3 years at studios in Austin TX, St. Petersburg FL, and Nashville TN, the album features a leap forward in the duo’s sonic expansion. Combing layers of synthesizers, electronic instruments, haunting vocals, and surreal guitar work they created more of a futuristic, dystopian dreamscape than a traditional rock album. The duo performed many shows in Nashville and the Southeast in support of the release.

During their summer tour of 2023, the duo debuted several new songs. ‘Ollantaytambo’ was released in early 2024 and spent 3 weeks on Nashville Lightning 100’s ‘The 615’ playlist.

Their latest single, ‘Fried Mind’s Eye’ has been declared an “absolute banger” by 303 Magazine, and sees the duo making a return to their rock roots. You can catch them performing in Colorado and beyond in 2025.
